Romanesco, Leek & Mushroom Crumble
Chocolate Ginger Soufflé
To anyone who enjoys chocolate combined with the warmth of ginger, this is heaven in a small pot! We love this, served with lemon ice cream to cut through the richness. These light and fluffy soufflés can be prepared earlier in the day if you want to make them for friends but not be whisking noisily when your guests are there. Make them and put the mixture into the ramekins and leave in a cool but not cold place until you’re ready to cook them. Serves 6…
Lemon Dairy Free Ice Cream
Super refreshing and zingy – this is not worth making because it’s dairy free but because it will make you feel totally alive!! Set you taste buds alight with the zing of citrus – perfect served with our hot chocolate ginger soufflé or other warm puddings. An ice cream churner will make this recipe easy to conjure up, but you could do it without too!…
Winter veg and Chickpea Noodle Stir Fry

Perfect for a midweek meal as it’s ready in around 20 minutes, you can really keep the goodness of the veg intact by not cooking anything for too long here. With the zing of ginger, lemon or lime, garlic and chilli, this doesn’t disappoint on flavour and is an easy dish to substitute other veg into – whatever you have in the fridge! Serves 3…

We get round this by adding some healthy ground turmeric – the result is a warming vibrant yellow bowl of comfort. Great served with a potato scone or savoury muffin – see our previous recipes for inspiration!…
Olive, Walnut and Sundried Tomato Muffin
This is our latest favourite top speed soup accompaniment. Mediterranean olives, walnuts and sun dried tomatoes make this version of our savoury gluten free muffins super tasty! Whip them up and serve warm from the oven with soup or as a yummy snack. A great alternative to bread. …
