Sometimes we lack inspiration when it comes to breakfast and just pour milk over processed cereal…but it’s really boring! So we hope this will give you the courage to spice things up a bit. Kale may not seem like the most appealing vegetable to eat raw, however in this context you get all of its green goodness but very little of its taste. Apple and kiwi bring a delicious freshness to this smoothie and make it a really enjoyable and healthy start to the day.
1 cup chilled almond milk
1 apple, sliced and core removed
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 small banana, peeled and chopped
1 small handful fresh kale, any tough stalks removed
1. Simply put the milk into a food processor and add the ingredients to blitz to a very fine, liquid consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk.
