Nothing says Summer like a bowl of basil pesto to mix in with your pasta, spread on toast or just eat! We love a good bit of zingy tang and this recipe gives plenty. Who says pesto needs parmesan?!
100 g Basil
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
dessertspoon of cider vinegar
2 dessertspoons lemon juice
30 g toasted pine nuts
30 g toasted cashews
1 big or 2 small cloves garlic
1. Simply combine all the ingredients and liquidize with a handheld stick blender!
