An easy way to preserve apples! If they are falling off the trees around your ears then use our simple recipe to keep them yummy for longer. These make great snacks for all and will keep in a jar for quite a while.
Apples sliced into thin discs – about 3-5mm thick
Cinnamon to dust
There’s no need to peel or core the apples, simply slice them, dust with the cinnamon and lay the slices onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Crisp up in the oven at 130 degrees for an hour and a half.
Store in a jar !
