Here’s a very flavourful alternative to humous and just as easy to make, which you can enjoy with crudités, or as a spread on bread or crackers!
250g of roasted preserved peppers from a jar
60g of sundried tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
30g pine nuts
Pinch of salt
Black pepper to season
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or with a handheld mixer and hey presto!
